PLEASE NOTE BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS WITH US

We require a non-refundable deposit for lash extensions. This will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your appointment.
(£20 for full sets + £10 for infills)

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations/rescheduling.
If this Is done within the time frame, your deposit will be kept on our system and will be valid for up to
6 months from the original appointment date. After 6 months You will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to book in with us again.

Please notify us if you have lost a considerable about of lashes when booking in for or leading up to your 3-week appointment, as we may need to take the required precautions to go forward with your infill. If you do not notify us and attend with less than 50/40% of your lashes, there is a possibility that you will lose your deposit and we will have to reschedule your appointment as well as an extra £10 charge on top of the normal infill price. (This will be up to your lash techs discretion e.g. if they have enough time after your scheduled appointment to proceed accordingly and give you fabulous lashes )

If an appointment is booked over 3 weeks from your last appointment date and you arrive with less than 50/40% of your lashes on, you will be charged an extra £10 on top on the normal infill price.
We have lots of clients who's lashes last over 3 weeks however we have set these policies to avoid any confusion / disappointment. We take pride in our work and would never wish to have someone leave without perfect lashes because we haven't had the required amount of time to fill them properly. Please feel free to send us a picture of your lashes if you are not sure you have the required amount of lashes left.

INFILLING WORK DONE ELSEWHERE - We do infill work that was not originally done by us, on the condition that the application and lashes are up to our standards! (This will be an extra £15 charge on top of our normal infill prices)

If on the rare occasion, an excessive amount of lashes fall out within 72 hours from your appointment date, we offer a complimentary infill.
If you are not available to attend an appointment within 6 working days from your original appointment
(Tuesday-Saturday & subject to our availability) this offer will be void and you will need to book in for a normal infill.

There are many reasons why lashes fall out faster when being in a hot country. (That even good after-care can not prevent)
For example, your sweat/or sun cream can get onto your lashes, humidity, chlorine and saltwater can weaken lash glue and your natural lashes also grow faster in the sun.
(Not to mention general problems; including but not limited to, natural oils and steam from the shower) Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for the environment and climate that causes lashes to fall out excessively.

(Our policy regarding lash fall out within 72 hours still stands)
Due to the use of products and time spent, we can not offer refunds.

We understand this situation can be frustrating therefore as long as we are contacted within 72 hours, with clear images of the condition of your lashes, we offer a 20% discount on a full set done with us again once back from holiday (valid for 6 months from the original appointment date)
This will allow you to experience the full effect of eyelash extensions.

PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT WITH NO OIL/CREAM ON YOUR FACE AND NO MAKEUP AROUND THE EYE AREA.
WE CAN NOT APPLY LASH EXTENTIONS ON LASHES THAT HAVE BEEN LVL'D OR CURLED IN ANY WAY PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT, THIS INCLUDES CURLING YOUR LASHES WITH AN EYELASH CURLER THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
